CENTRAL SERVICES
22. Request to allow Ephrata School District to utilize the kitchen at the Grant County Work Release
building while their current kitchen is remodeled. Upon approval, an MOU will be submitted.

23. City of Moses Lake Industrial Waste Discharge Permit NO. 25 issued from the City of Moses Lake
to the Grant County Fairgrounds to authorize the discharge of wastewater from the fairgrounds
facility into the City's Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW). Term of agreement is February
281 2023, through February 28, 2028.
24. Request to purchase materials from Platt Electrical in the amount of $9,,643.97 to complete the
Harwood Arena at the fairgrounds. This purchase will be made from the approved capital
budget 132.178.00.9112.594186210 from REET 2.
PUBLIC DEFENSE
25. Professional Services Agreement for legal representation of indigent individuals in Grant County
District Court with Patrick Earl for a term of January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2024.
PIJRHC WORKS
26. Authorization request for the Public Works Director to sign Department of Ecology Amendment
No. 1 to agreement No. SWMCLCP-2123-GrCoPW-00044 between the State of Washington
Department of Ecology and Grant County Public Works. Purpose of Amendment No. 1 increases
grant funds from $76,000.00 to $93,000.00.

27. Amendment 05 to the Washington State Health Care Authority, Interagency Contract, for
Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative (CPWI) Prevention Services, Contract No. K3919.
The amendment increases the contract by $125,700.00 to a new total of $1,066,891.00.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
28. Held from the December 5, 2022, agenda: Amendment to agreement for provision of law
enforcement services between Desert Aire Owners Association and Grant County, previously
signed on June 17, 2021. Amendment will provide Desert Aire with enforcement services at no
cost from October 11 2022, through January 31, 2023, due to Sheriff's Office providing less than
the mandatory contracted enforcement services, as well as ending the agreement on January
311 2023, due to staffing issues within the Sheriff's Office.
TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
29. Purchase order No. 444 in the amount of $13,878.01 from Granicus for the annual renewal of
the Public Records Program.
30. Purchase order No. 445 in the amount of $39,712.33 from Motorola Solutions for annual license
renewal costs.
31. Purchase order No. 446 in the amount of $14,477.65 from CivicPlus for annual premium costs.
