District Court and Grants Administration Budget Extension

The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to approve the following budget extension
requests:
• Grants Administration Fund in the amount of $45,.177.00 (190.001) to receive funds on the
Department of Commerce Shelter Program Grant No. 21-4610C-104.
• District Court in the amount of $150,.000.00 Fund # (001.102) to receive funds from the
Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) to fund audio and visual improvements to the
courtrooms
Janice Flynn, Administrative Services Coordinator discussed her request. She stated that guidelines and
billing changed so all funds were used in 2022.
Desiree Ochocinski, District Court Administrator was in attendance to answer any questions.
A motion was made by Commissioner Jones to close the public comment portion of the hearing.
Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by
Commissioner Carter to approve the budget extensions as presented. Commissioner Jones seconded
and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned.
