Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. 2. Request to establish a new fund titled "Opioid Response" (137.001) related to the opioid epidemic. Total funds to be received is $2.,135,.503.00. COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE 3. Approval of October 31, 2022, Commissioners Minutes. 4. Invoices 5. Held from the October 31, 2022 Consent Agenda: Resolution Amending Resolution No. 22 -080 - CC Relating To The Establishment Of A New Fund Titled Jail Construction Bond Fund #313.001. The amendment directs the County Treasurer to invest all funds to this newly established fund for the benefit of the fund. 6. Amendment C on the Department of Commerce Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 22- 46108-10 to approve $9,412.00 to be allocated to New Hope for their use of these hotel leasing funds. 7. Approval for the Housing Authority of Grant County to be recommended as the subrecipient on a new state -funded eviction prevention rent assistance program in the amount of $812,281.00 per HB1277. This is contingent upon the approval of Grant County's application through the Department of Commerce. 8. Reimbursement #13 from the Housing Authority of Grant County on the Department of Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program (ERAP 2.0) Grant No. 21-4619C-108 in the amount of $577,.236.31 for October 2022 expenses. Reimbursement #35, request #11 from Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of Washington on the Department of Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program (ERAP 2.0) Grant No. 21-4619C-108 in the amount of $15,886.80. 10. Reimbursement#16 from the Housing Authority of Grant County on the Department of Commerce Consolidate Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 22-46108-10 in the amount of $31,639.00 for October 2022 expenses. DISTRICT COURT 11. Budget extension request in the amount of $150,,000.00 (Fund# 001.102) to receive funds from the Administrative Office of the Courts. Out of state travel requests for Darci Homesley, Shayla Morton, and Rebecca Martinez to attend the Rocky Mountain Association of Fair Convention in Layton, Davis County, UT from November 8, 2022 through November 12, 2022. These items will be purchased on the 2023 budget. Resolution amending resolution No. 22 -099 -CC notice of hearing for vacating a portion of unbuilt E.1 north of E.3 Cayuse Plat Section 25 T20N R27EWM initially signed by the board October 10, 2022. This amendment revised the public hearing date to November 29, 2022 at 3:20 p.m. 15. Resolution in the matter of adopting the 2023 Annual Road Construction Program. 16. Resolution notice of hearing to adopt the Grant County Six Year Transportation Improvement Program. Hearing will take place November 22, 2022, at 3:45 p.m. 17. Authorization to call for bids for 2022 Crushing and Stockpiling. Bid opening date to be November 29, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Public Works. RENEW 18. Interlocal agreement between Renew and the Quincy School District regarding counseling services. Term of agreement is August 31, 2022, through June 9, 2023, at a rate of $85.00 per on-site hour and in -office preparation and record keeping, not to exceed 80 hours per month. 19. Approval for Dell Anderson to sign a Professional Services Agreement via DocuSign from Fidelity Review Services through the Washington State Health Care Authority Contract No. K6424 to receive training through observation and assistance. Term of agreement is upon signature through July 31, 2023. TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 20. Purchase order No. 442 to Aumentum in the amount of $68,,757.08 for semi-annual maintenance fees for Terra Scan for Assessors and Treasurers office. This is a budgeted expense and will come out of budget line 3506. 21.
