The Commissioners authorized staff to stamp their signatures of approval to the vouchers certified by
the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by
the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing, and made available to the
Board. (in the amounts of $817.97 and 1,211,654.92)
