3:15 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the surplus and sale of
real property located in the Royal Slope Area of Grant County (S 18 and 13, T 17, R 24 and 25) Parcel
Nos. 15-1556-000 and 15-0979-001.
Commissioner Stone stated that one of the parcel nos. was advertised incorrectly: 15-0797-001 which
should have been 15-0979-001. Due to this error by Commissioners Office staff, this public hearing will
be re -advertised correctly and set for a new date.
Jeff Foster asked when the parcel would be up for sale. Darryl Pheasant stated the sale would be
included in the Tax Foreclosure Sale which will be November 14, 2022.
A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone, to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. A motion
was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone to re -advertise the public hearing
with the corrected parcel numbers to October 31, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. The motion passed with 2
Commissioners in attendance.
