Dear Commissioners,
Renew would like to upgrade our Microsoft Office software programs for all staff. This will allow us to be
compatible with Microsoft TEAMS. Working with County Technology Services,. we received a proposal
from SHI. The total cost is $9,234.49 and will come from account 108,150,00�,0000.594.64*6400
(Capital Outlay).
