The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. • Correspondence (ie. Emails that have come in that need response, letters of support etc.) None • Commissioners Roundtable —Miscellaneous Discussion o Canvassing Board o Opioid Settlement Documents o ARPA • Consent Agenda — (Items 1 through 17) All items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion of the commissioners with no separate discussion. If a separate discussion is desired, that item may be removed and placed under Board Discussion/Decision. A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone, to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance AUDITOR'S OFFICE 1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. (In the amount of $2.,108,,953.37) COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE 2. Approval of Commissioners July 4, 2022 Minutes. 3. Invoices 4. Special occasion liquor license for Highrollers and their event on September 16 and 17, 2022 at the Sun Lakes Park Resort, from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. 5. Request from the City of Warden for an extension to their Strategic Infrastructure Program Project No. 2020-04 for their Commercial Truck Parking Facility. They would like the new extension date to be December 10, 2022. 6. Letter of appointment for Sandra Marcusen to the Planning Commission fora 4 -year term beginning August 16, 2022 — August 15, 2026. 7. Letter of appointment for Linda Bonneville to the Tourism Commission representing District No. 1 for a 3 -year term beginning August 16, 2022 — August 15, 2025. 8. Pursuant to RCW 36.32.210, the Commissioners shall file with the auditor a full and complete inventory of all capitalized assets in accordance with standards established by the state auditor. Budget extension request in the amount of $125,000.00 to soundproof District Court courtroom #301 using Trial Court Improvement Funds (127.169). (The public hearing was scheduled for September 20, 2022 at 3:30 p.m.) FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE 10. Request to proceed with the Compressor Replacement project for the Law and Justice Building in the amount of $15.,201.25 (incl tax) utilizing REET 1—Wheeler Road Roof Replacement project funds (126.168). McKinstry will do the installation (only bidder). JUVENILE COURT AND YOUTH SERVICES 11. Request from the Administrator for authorization to DocuSign an Interagency Agreement IAA23028 with the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts for the Support of the CASA/Volunteer Guardian Ad Litem Program. Term is July 1, 2022 —June 30, 2023 in the amount of $80,778.00. Pl 1R1 IC \A/nRIN 12. United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) Standard Title VI/Non-Discrimination Assurances Form (DOT Order No. 1050.2A). Since Grant County received funds from Federal Grants, one of the requirements is to follow Title VI Civil Right Act laws for non-discrimination. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 13. Addendum #21 Extension to the current agreement with Steve and Chris Molitor to increase the monthly leave payment to $1,.400.00 per month, for property located at 391 Limit Street, Ephrata. 14. Request to purchase a Polaris RZR XP 1000 Sport in the amount of $18,355.13 from Chet's Honda. This was approved in their Capital Expenditure budget (001.114). TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 15.
