In the 2021 capital budget it was included to replace the breaker panels at the Wheeler Road
Facility which has the District Court, WSU and Veterans Affairs offices located in it. Thep anels
are obsolete, are at the end of their life expectancy and in poor condition.
A request for bids was published for replacement of these panels and the low was received from
Farmer's Electric II LLC for the total amount of $13,886.04, this cost includes tax.
The budgeted amount for the project is $10,000.00. $10,000 of theJro'ect would be funded

from account 126.168.00.9112.518303564 and the remaining $3886.04 would bep aid from
126.168.00.9112.594186210 Youth Services Moses Lake FlooringJ ro'ect which is complete and

has a balance of $4091.27.
It is my opinion that Grant County should move forward with this project to replace the Wheeler

Road Facility Breaker Panels and Award the contract to Farmers Electric II to do the work and
therefore I am requesting permission from the Grant County Board of Commissioners toro
