RESOLUTION VACATING surplus RESOLUTION No. 21-

Sections 17 & 18 T17N R28EWM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, were
petitioned to vacate portions of certain County road easement described as follows:
Legal description: Grant County surplus Rights-of-way, unbuilt Aurora Street, Marine
View Heights Div 1 Sections 17 & 18 T17N R28EWM, all in Grant County, and
AS SHOWN on ATTACHED EXHIBIT A, and
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on the report for vacation and abandonment was published
in the County official newspaper at least once a week for two consecutive weeks preceding the date
fixed for the hearing; and a copy of said notice was posted for at least twenty days preceding the date
fixed for hearing at each termini of the county road or portion thereof to be vacated or abandoned;
and,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did consider the report given by the
County Road Engineer, together with any evidence for or objection against said vacation and
abandonment; and
WHEREAS the above-described County right-of-way is not useful as part of the County
road system and the public will be benefitted by the vacation and abandonment;
