Re: Out of State Travel (Boise, Idaho)

Tom Jones, Sheriff
I am requesting your authorization for Out of State Travel for INET Sgt. John McMillan
and Detective Matt Messer. They will be attending the HIDTA (High Intensity Drug
Trafficking Area) Summit. The Summit provides specific training for Narcotics Unit
Supervisors and Commanders. As part of the NW HIDTA Unit, this training is essential.
They will travel to the training Monday morning prior to the start of the Summit June
7". and return immediately following, Thursday June 10tH, 2021.
