Re Consent to add change order for post installation to cattle stalls
During the addition of the cattle chute which you approved through consent the Livestock
Committee requested the Installation of three steelposts and pane.1s to make the processo f
unloading steers and 'weighing them safer.It allows them to close the panels to the, trailer, and
behind the trailer, prior to the steer being moved. We moved ahead With the request out I of
safety concerns as a change order to the steer loading chute.
am requesting authorization to pay the $2,705 including tax,
for post and panel installation
out of ET funds set aside for new stalls.,
