A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 21- CC
ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW FUND
TITLED LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY
FUNDS #191
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of Count Commissioners
County mnlissioners
that a new fund #191.000 titled "Local Fiscal RecoveryFunds" should be •
established, and
WHEREAS, this fund shall be dedicated to the funds received pursuant to t
. p he American
Rescue Plan Act passed in March 2021; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund and transfer of monies into this
fund maybe
accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and count budget
y g laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD
OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY STATE OF WASHINGTON that
this fund is hereby created and established as listed above and the Grant Co '
County Auditor and the
Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to establish this fund in their respective p cove offices.
