Re: Quote Award —Scrap Metal Crushing 2021

Requests for Quotes were sent out May 5, 2021 to 11 perspective bidders. Two (2) responsive quotes
were received back as shown on the attached Quote Tabulation.
I have examined the Quotes and recommend the following action.
All items — Crush and Remove Scrap Metal, F.O-B Grant County Landfill, Ephrata, WA.
Award the Quote to the high bidder meeting the specifications:
Sutton Salvage
29061 Old Spiral Highway
Lewiston, ID 83501
to Crush and Remove Scrap Metal in the amount of $185.00 per ton for material at the Grant County
Ephrata Landfill.
