* 600- 2" — I` x 12' 14 gauge perforated square tube post $42.70ea. totaling $25,620.00
* 300 — 29% 29� x 14' 12 gauge perforated square tube post $49.69ea. totaling $14,907.00
Total purchase price for these items is $ 82,630.07 including sales tax.
An Interlocal Agency Agreement was executed between Grant County and Pierce County to
allow Grant County to purchase posts from the contract Pierce County has with Traffic Safety
Supply. However, due to the slow turn around in getting the Interlocal Agency Agreement
executed, the costs of the sign posts have increased significantly from what we had originally
0
budgeted. We have checked with other vendors and their costs are significantly higher.
I have reviewed the above information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase
of these items.
