WHEREAS, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Road Project U -SE Road Overlay, 7.5 -SE to S.
Frontage Rd),, CRIP21-01, State Road Log No. 92035 from milepost 5.20 to milepost 12.59, 2021 Annual
Road Program Item Number 12 be amended as follows:
An appropriation from the 2022 road fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is
hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:

This project will resurface existing Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavement with HMA overlay, shoulder finishing,
guardrail, traffic control and other associated work on U -SE.
This projects is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby
ordered and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.0307
36.80.070)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED (Check appropriate box)
This project is included in the officially adopted Annual Road Program as item No. 12
