HEARING RESOLUTION No. 21- o4 -CC
for VACATING surplus right-of-way
known as the cul-de-sac on old Stacy Drive,

WHEREAS, Grant County, Washington, has received a petition to vacate portions of

County road and rights-of-way via RCWs 36.87 and described as follows:
Legal description: Grant County surplus right-of-way known as the cul-de-sac on of '
d Stacy Drive,
Sandcastle Estates Ph 1 Section 3 T18N R28EWM, Grant Countyq Washingtong tan and
AS SHOWN on ATTACHED EXHIBIT A and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be given
to vacating portions of certain County roads and rights-of-way per RCWs 36.87 and directs the County Road
Engineer to prepare a report on the vacation and abandonment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant CountyBoard and of
Commissioners set a Public Hearing on the report and other related matters to be held in the'
Hearing
Room of the Board of County Commissioners on June 21, 2021 at 1:00 PM and via WebEx:
