WHEREAS, Grant County, Washington, has received a petition to vacatep ortions of certain
County road and rights-of-way via RCWs 36.87 and described as follows:
Legal description: Grant County M NW roadlog 33790 south of 24 NW Sections 1 & 2 T22N
R24EWM, Grant County, Washington, and
AS SHOWN on ATTACHED EXHIBIT A and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should beg iven
to vacating portions of certain County roads and rights-of-way via RCW 36.87 and directs the County Road
Engineer to prepare a report on the vacation and abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board of
Commissioners set a Public Hearing on the report and other related matters to be held in the Hearing
Room of the Board of County Commissioners on June 21, 2021 at 1:10 P.M. and via WebEx:
