RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 22- -cc
SHERIFF'S OFFICE AQUOS BOARD
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34.010, the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners has the authority to decide whether real or personal property owned by the county is
surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff's Office purchased an Sharp Aquos Board (Asset
#200450) for Grant County Fire District 7 in 2016 using Emergency Management grant funds; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriffs Office has determined this item has depreciated in
value and is longer supported by Grant County Technology Services; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff s Office has requested that the Grant County Board of
County Commissioners declare this property to be surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the declaration of such property, it is the intent of the Sheriffs
Office to transfer this property to Grant County Fire District No. 7 and the property estimated value
is $700.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the above-named items with the intent to transfer it to Grant
County Fire District No. 7.
