Re: Transfer/Surplus of equipment to Grant County Fire District 7
The Grant County Sheriff s Office is requesting authorization to transfer/surplus
equipment originally purchased by grant funds through Emergency Management in
2016 for Grant County Fire District 7. The equipment has been deployed to GCFD
7's primary station since the time of its purchase as a training and response
coordination tool. In addition, the equipment has depreciated in value and is
unsupported by GCTS. It would cost more than what the Board is worth to make it
functioning and usable. At his time, the Smart Board is only valued at $700. For
these reasons we are requesting that it be transferred/surpliced to GCFD 7 and
removed from Grant County inventory.
