DVA Contract No. 305E-17-058 by and between the Washington State Department of Veterans
Affairs, hereinafter referred to as "AGENCY" and Grant County, Washington, hereinafter
referred to as "CONTRACTOR" is amended, along with all amendments as follows:
1. Article 111. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is revised to change the end date of the contract from
June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2023.
THE EFFECTIVE DATE of this Amendment is July 1, 2021.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT AND PREVIOUS AMENDMENTS
REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
IN WITNESS WHEREOFE, the parties hereby execute this Amendment No. 3.
