Re: Authorization to Purchase Equipment Parts and Repair

Public Works:
Serial No. 21.095
Repair for the Allianz 4000 Series street sweeper, equipment #2504, at Public Works Road District #2.
Parts are supplied by Western Systems and work performed by Grant County Central Shop. Western
Systems is the original equipment supplier for Allianz sweepers. The total for parts is $12,313.44
including tax.
The pump that was previously approved was incorrect. Public works will be receiving a credit for the
incorrect pump in the amount of $8,808.68 plus tax. This amount will be deducted from the amount
above leaving a remaining balance owing of $3.,504.76.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of these
items.
