Held from the June 15, 2021 Consent Agenda: Decision on the County Insurance Representative for the Washington Rural County Insurance Pool (WRCIP) policy. 3. Agreement amending Washington State COVID-19 Outbreak Emergency Housing Grant No. 316- 46108-10 subrecipient agreement between Grant County and the City of Moses Lake dated July 14, 2020 and amended October 20, 2020. The amendment increases the compensation by $170.,000.00 for a new total not to exceed $365.,845.00 and extends the end date to June 20, 2021. 4. Agreement amending Washington State COVID-19 Outbreak Emergency Housing Grant No. 316- 46108-10 subrecipient agreement between Grant County and the Grant County Health District dated July 14, 2020 and amended October 20, 2020. The amendment decreases the compensation by $170,000.00 for a new total not to exceed $22,617.00 and extends the end date to June 20, 2021. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES 6. 2021-23 Biennium Contract No. K2211 between the Washington State Conservation Commission and Grant County for Voluntary Stewardship Program Implementation to provide funding to the county for the implementation of the work plan as required for the VSP consistent with RCW 36.70A.700-760 and related statutes. 7. Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between Grant County and the Grant County Conservation District for the Voluntary Stewardship Program for joint cooperative action on item 7 above.
