Per the approved Capital budget you approved Practice arena fencing for a total amount of
$75,000. Of the $75,000, after the pr Ject was corn . pleted there is approximately $31,714.05
left, You also approved, $15,000 for 'improvements and expa I nsion of the Cattle Wash rack, The
wash rack costs have exceeded the budgeted amount. I am requesting the use of excess funds
from the Practice ren fencing be transferred to the Cattle Wash Rack in the amount.of
$233.17 to cover excess costs through the purchase of materials from Moses Lake Steel.
Please authorize the transfer of $233,17 from 132.178.00.9116.594756214 to
309.000.00.000.573703564 to cover this excess cost forth Cattle Wash Rack.
