RESOLUTION DECLARING N SURPLUS LUS RESOLUTION No. 22- �-CC
SHERIFF'S OFFICE VEHICLE
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34.010, the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners has the authority to decide whether real or personal property owned by the county is
surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff's Office owns a 2011 Crown Ford Victoria VIN #
2FA13P7BV8BX158019 (Asset #8024) ;and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriffs Office has determined these items are no longer of
use to the Sheriffs Office and/or the cost of repairs is prohibitive; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff s Office has requested that the Grant County Board of
County Commissioners declare these vehicles to be surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the declaration of such vehicle as surplus property, it is the intent
of the Sheriffs Office to auction these vehicles and their estimated value is $1,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the above-named items with the intent to sell them at auction.
