Section 5,, Compensation is hereby amended as follows:
The maximum total amount payable by the COUNTY to the SUBRECrPIENT shall be increased
by $37,530.00 for a total of $1,071,567.79, per attached Amendment B. including budget, to
contact #21-4619C-108, CFDA 21-027.
SUBRECIPIENT UE1 is MJGHVZSUVGJ3.
All other provisions of the original agreement or any modifications to the original agreement
remain in effect.
