In an effort to finish some of the projects, on the Fairgrounds, that we had originally planned to
do with staff we would like to move forward with some fixes on the Commercial building, One
of the problems we have been having is bird penetrations under the flashing. The only way to
fix this is to install wire mesh and then fix the penetrations from the inside.
Per the purchasing policy of an item under 5,0001 am requesting authorization to spend
$4728.34 including tax, with Stans Construction to install the wire mesh.
