RESOLUTION: DECLARING SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 21 - -CC
IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING CERTAIN
COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS AND
ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners gave notice of hearing, of its intention to
surplus and dispose of said property listed on ATTACHMENT A, see attached, through the following
site: https://www.-PubliesgMIus-com/sms/all,wa/browse/cataues?catid=4 and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the notice, conducted a hearing on said proposition on the 12th day of July,
2021, at the hour of 1:30 P.M. Grant County is providing access to this scheduled hearing for the public via
WebEx only. To participate in the hearing, please call in at 1-408-418-9388 and enter access code (187
428 3635). At which hearing the public was given the right to be heard for or against the proposition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County, Washington, having fully considered the proposition, finds that said County -owned vehicles and
equipment are not required for County purposes and that the public will benefit by declaring said vehicles
and equipment surplus and disposing of them in a manner consistent with RCW 36.34.080.
