Appointment of District Court Judges
Commissioner Carter opened the meeting by thanking all of the candidates. They were reviewed by the
Bar Association and a screening committee. Interviews were held July 7, 2021 with:
Gwinn, Brian 10:00 AM
Wallace, Nicholas 11:00 AM
Chadwick, Kenneth 1:00 PM
Gigliotti, Anna2:00 PM
Earl, Patrick 3:00 PM
Commissioner Stone thanked all of the candidates.
Commissioner Jones agreed with the other commissioners.
A motion was made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Jones to appoint Brian Gwinn
to fill the immediate open Judge position replacing Tyson Hill. And to appoint Nick Wallace to replace
retiring Judge Janice Whitener -Moberg in September 2021. The motion passed unanimously.
