FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
Contract with Skaug Brothers Inc. for the Health District Flooring Replacement project (FIVI2110)
for the removal, installation, and disposal of the flooring in the Health District offices located at
1038 Ivy St, Moses Lake. Contract amount is $40,848.37 with a term ending September 1, 2021.

8. Request to contract with MJ Neal and Associates to create plans, specifications, and bid
► documents to create an accurate budget and bid the construction of a new Development
Services building.
