RESOLUTION DECLARING PERSONAL RESOLUTION No. 21- -CC
PROPERTY SURPLUS FOR
DISPOSITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34.010, the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners has the authority to decide whether real or personal property owned by the county is
surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff's Office owns a 2007 SeaDoo Jetski (Asset #102729)
and a 2007 Karavan Jetski Trailer; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff s Office has determined these items are no longer of
use to the Sheriff s Office and/or the cost of repairs is prohibitive; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff s Office has requested that the Grant County Board of
County Commissioners declare these vehicles to be surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the declaration of such trailer as surplus property, it is the intent
of the Sheriff's Office to auction these vehicles and their estimated value is $3,800.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the above-named items with the intent to sell them at auction.
