CHAPTER 11.04 OF THE GRANT
COUNTY CODE ENTITLED

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County Washington has
received a request to amend that portion of the Grant County Code described as follows:
Section 11.04.025 of Grant County Code amended with the following:

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration
should be given to amending certain County road speed limits. The full text of the ordinance
will be mailed upon request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board
of Commissioners set a hearing date at 3:35 PM, on Tuesday, August 3rd, 2021 and held in the
Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, located in
the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington. Hearing can also be accessed via WebEx by
calling in at 1-408-418-93 88 and entering access code (187 914 9978). Anyone either for or
against these proposed actions may appear or be heard.
