3:35 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider a petition from Glennda
Gaudet to lower the speed limit on Road 14.6 NW.
Keith Elefson, County Engineer stated the request is to lower the speed limit from 35mph to 25mp h.
Length is .150 miles.
A motion was made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by
Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Jones to approve the ordinance amending Ch. 11.04 of
the Grant County Code and reducing the speed limit as presented. The motion passed unanimously.
