Re: ARPA - Fire District #14, Electric City
On 07/19/22 the BOCC approved the request of Fire District #14 to purchase a
new rapid attach brush truck and equipment with their ARPA funding. The FD is
requesting an advance in funds of $100,000.00 to make this purchase. Attached
are the quotes they received. They will supply the actual invoices when payment
is made to purchase the vehicle.
Advanced payments are allowed under the ARPA Final Rule, page 156 footnote
230.
