HomeMy WebLinkAbout*Other - TreasurerAugust 5, 2021 Grant County Commissioners RE: Sale of Tax Title parcel through Private Negotiation 17-0689-000 I received a Tax Title application for an offer to purchase parcel 17-0689-000 for $6,700.00. This parcel was in this year's Foreclosure Sale where the starting bid was around 3,400.00 but did not get bid on. The applicant is an adjacent property owner. As allowed under RCW 36.35.150(1), 1 would like to deed this parcel for the cost of deed, affidavit fees and recording fees and their offer through private negotiation instead of going through the public auction process to get this parcel back on the tax rolls. Please approve our ability to start private negotiations as allowed by law get these back on our tax rolls.
