RESOLUTION NO. 21 -078 -CC NOTICE
OF HEARING AND SETTING
A NEW HEARING DATE IN THE
MATTER OF DECLARING CERTAIN
COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS
AND ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to conduct a public hearing on its
intention to declare certain County -owned property surplus and dispose of same at public auction, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Public Works to sell surplus property at public auction
through the following site: https://www.i)ubliesurplus.com/sms/all,wa/browse/cataues?catid=4
to the highest bidder for cash all equipment declared surplus, and
WHEREAS, the following listing of equipment and merchandise from participating County
agencies will be considered for sale: see ATTACHMENT A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Grant County Board of Commissioners set a
hearing date at 3:15 PM, on Tuesday, August 31 st, 2021; To be held in the Hearing Room of the Board of
County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, located in the County Courthouse, Ephrata,
Washington. Hearing can also be accessed via WebEx by calling in at 1-408-418-9388 and entering
access code (187 042 6908). Anyone either for or against these proposed actions may appear or be heard.
