AGREEMENT DATED JULY 149 2020, AND AMENDMENT EXTENDING DATE, BETWEEN
GRANT COUNTY AND THE GRANT COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL
FOR GRANT FUNDING THROUGH THE CARES ACT
CARES Act Grant No. 20-6541 C-013
This amendment replaces ARTICLE III Administration 3.1 of the above referenced Agreement with the
following:
Grant County EDC may charge the County for administrative costs actually incurred to run the program,
The parties agree this was the original intent of the contract, and this change is to be considered
retroactive,
All other provisions of the above Agreement shall remain in effect.
