BALLISTIC VEST AND LOAD BARRING

WHEREAS, The Grant County Sheriff s Office owns a ballistic vest and load barring vest; and
WHEREAS, The Sheriffs Office has determined that this device is no longer needed by their
office; and
WHEREAS, The Sheriff s Office is requesting that the Board of County Commissioners declare
surplus this pistol With the intent to sell it to Hoquiam Police Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus a ballistic vest and load barring vest to sell to Hoquiam Police
Department.
