Re: Surplus of Jenny Barnett's Body Armor Ballistic Vest and Load Barring Vest
Dear Commissioners,
I am requesting your authorization to surplus Jenny Barnett's ballistic vest and load
barring vest to Hoquiarn Police Department. Jenny has submitted her letter of
resignation to the Grant County Sheriff's Office and will be lateralling to Hoquiam
PD. They have offered to purchase the ballistic vest and load barring vest at a pro-
rated cost.
Each ballistic vest is measure and sized to each individual. The ballistic vest was
purchased in 2021 and the load barring vest (carrier) was purchased in 2022 by the
Grant County Sheriff's Office.
With your authorization, it is our intent to sell the v
