We are requesting permission to purchase security cameras for our building located at 303 Abel
Road, Ephrata WA 98823 in the amount of $9,222.67, This will be paid for out of the Juvenile
Department's existing budgeted funds and expensed to account 001.117,0M000.527804804.
We collaborated with Joseph Carter from Technology Services who provided us with a written
quote from Edne-tics for 8 cameras, their correlating mounts & licenses, shipping, and tax
totaling $9,222,,67 (please see attached). Although the initial purchase witl be done with
Juvenile Department funds, these cameras will be added to Technology Services quadrennial
fund for replacement as necessary.
