Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. Request authorization for the release of Strategic Infrastructure Program funding #3 for SIP #2021-01 Grant County Hospital #4 —McKay Healthcare, McKay Phase 1 Capital Improvement Plan. They are requesting the 3rd installment in the amount of $2.,500.00. (Approved) 5. Request authorization for the release of Strategic Infrastructure Program funding #2 for SIP #2021-04 Port of Warden/Port District #8- Phase 2 Rail and Road Infrastructure Expansion Project —Road Design and Engineering Portion of Phase 2. They are requesting the 2"a installment in the amount of $24.,650.00. (Approved) CENTRAL SERVICES 6. Budget extension request in the amount of $785,000.00 for the acquisition Of certain real property. The properties total approximately 86.90 acres and include APNs 16-0866-002,,16- 0866-003., 6-0866-002,16- 0866-003, and 16-0853-000. The subject properties are located just outside of'. Ephrata at the corner of Road B.3 NW and SR 282 West. The total purchase price for all three properties is $785,000.00 plus associated closing and filing fees (if any). Funding will come from the L&J New Jail funds. (Approved, the public hearing was set for October 19, 2021 at 3:10 p.m.) FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE 7. Contract with Basin Refrigeration and Heating in the amount of $1-2,836.73 to replace the existing roof top AHU Unit at the Wheeler Road building. Term is upon signature through October 311 2021. (Approved) 8. Contract with Cost Less Carpet in the amount of $4,113.77 for the carpet replacement project (FM2109) at the Sheriff's Office in Moses Lake. (Approved) GRANT INTEGRATED SERVICES 9. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services during May, August 2021 in the amount of $10,000.00 on Washington State Health Care Authority Contract No. K5157. 10. (Approved) 12. Authorization to purchase multiple vehicles on the 2022 Equipment Expense Program through a Department of Enterprise Services contract #05916. (Approved) 13. Request to the County Road Department for Reimbursable Work between Grant County Public Works and Port District of Ephrata. Work to include overlay and patching of Railroad Street.
