Dear County Commissioners,
Interagency reimbursement agreement #IAA22169 between Grant County and the
Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts, will provide up to $744,300 for
extraordinary expense reimbursements and S653 3,307 in LFO reimbursements under the
State v. Blake decision.
To ensure accuracy and case of trackinor and monitoring the expenses and subsequent

reimbursements, we are requesting a new fund be established as follows:
