Washington State Department of Commerce agreement amending Community Services and
Housing Division, Housing Assistance Unit, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) subrecipient
agreement between Grant County and the City of Moses Lake signed the 16th day of November
2020. Contract No. 20-4613C-100 is being extended to September 30, 2022 and the amount is
being decreased by $185,460.63 to a new total of $1,273,307.37..

Housing Assistance Unit, Community Services and Housing Division, Shelter Program Grant Sub
Recipient Agreement with the City of Moses Lake for the Washington State Department of
Commerce Grant No. 21-4610C-104. Term is August 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023 in the

(126.168). Previous extension request approved by Board in 2020. Funds were put into the
General Fund but were not carried into the Central Services 2021 budget.

7. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services,
during August 2021 in the amount of $915.00 on Washington State Department of Corrections
(DOSA) contract.
18. Amerigroup Washington, Inc. Provider Agreement to implement a rate update to be effective
October 1, 2021 and an update to regulatory language.
