I am requesting approval for Celina Garcia and Maria Hallatt to attend the Crimes
Against Children Conference in Dallas Texas leaving August 7th and returning August
12th. The conference dates are from August 8th through August 11th in lieu of Becky
Garcia's pre -approval being cancelled.
Initially Becky Garcia was scheduled to attend the conference but has since had to
make the decision to not attend. Becky's airfare included two seats which were both
refunded for a total of $1829.40. Maria Hallatt and Celina Garcia are planning to
attend in Becky's place. Their total airfare was $1618-40,
Becky's registration for the conference was changed to Maria Hallatt at no additional
expense. Celina's registration fee was a total of $725 and CACWA paid $650 of that.
Becky was given $1500 for airfare and hotel for the conference (by CACWA) which
has been switched to Maria. After Maria's airfare cost there is $690.80 left for hotel
expenses.
