RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 22 - 0IO-cc
CERTAIN COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY
AND ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF:
2016 CHEVROLET TAHOE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners gave of its intention to surplus and
dispose of said property listed on ATTACHMENT A through the following site:
www.publicsI rplus. com; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said proposition on the 21 st day of June 2022,
at the hour of 3:25 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Grant County, Washington, having fully considered the proposition, finds that said County -
owned vehicles and equipment are not required for County purposes and that the public will
benefit by declaring said vehicles and equipment surplus and disposing of them in a manner
consistent with RCW 36.34.080.
