Staffing status
• Changes with event staff — increased oversight
• More maintenance staff needed.
• Losing campground host
• Change in seasonal staff
Interim Events
• Cross training is going well
• Continue to see strong equestrian interest
• Continue to pick up weddings and quinceaneras

• Additional grant funding
