Request to hire an Interim Geographical Information Service (GIS)/Segregation Employee. Franklin County has an employee that their office can use on a limited basis to assist Grant County with these duties, as these 2 positions are currently vacant. AUDITOR'S OFFICE 2. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. 3. Recommendation from the Grant County Finance Committee to reduce the registered warrant amount for Quincy Valley Medical Center /Hospital District No. 2 from $2 million dollars to zero. a COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE 4. Reimbursement request from Grant County Fire District #10, Royal City in the amount of $100,,000.00 for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds that were previously approved. This is a reimbursement of their purchase of a Deep South Fire Truck. /8. Request from Grant County Fire District #13, Ephrata in the amount of $100,,000.00 for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds that were previously approved. This reimbursement would assist them with the purchase of a Quick Response Aid Vehicle/4-wheel drive long box pick-up with canopy and pull-out tray. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES 9. General Agreement and Provisions of Contract for White Bluffs Consulting, LLC for the project to develop an updated Shoreline Master Program. The amendments to the SMP will be completed by no later than June 30, 2023 and not to exceed $75,000.00. FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE 10. Request to proceed with the Air Handler 5 project (FM2209) at Juvenile Court and Youth Services facility that was approved in the 2022 Capital Expenditure plan. Basin Refrigeration was the one (1) responsive bidder for the amount of $16,260.00 (including tax). Funds will be paid from REET 1(126.168) in the amount of $7,000.00 and the balance will be paid from Facilities and Maintenance Repairs (001.112) in the amount of $9,260.00. JUVENILE COURT AND YOUTH SERVICES 11. Request authorization from the Administrator for the approval to digitally sign a Washington State Department of Children, Youth and Families contract No. 2163-22119, Amendment No. 1, Consolidated Contract in the amount of $2,200.00 to purchase Concrete Goods (gas and food cards) for youth and families. NFW HOPE Request authorization from the Director for the approval to digitally sign an amendment to their Washington State Coalition Against Domestic Violence (WSCADV) that will increase the grant by $3,057.00. Contract expires on September 30, 2022. 13. Request authorization from the Director for the approval to digitally sign Amendment A to their Washington State Department of Commerce Grant Agreement No. 22-31310-165 with Office of Crime Victims Advocacy Community Services and Housing Division for core and specialized Sexual Assault Services SFY 2022 in the amount of $294,.127.00. Term is July 1, 2021 through � June 30, 2022. This amendment will reduce the match requirement on this grant. 14. Request authorization from the Director for the approval to digitally sign Amendment B to Grant Agreement No. F19-31219-401 with the Washington State Department of Commerce Office of Crime Victims Advocacy Community Services and Housing Division through New Hope for children's advocacy center child centered services VOCA initiative. Interlocal Agreement between Grant County and the Regional Board of Mayors (Electric City/Grand Coulee/Coulee Dam/Elmer City) to sub -grant funds from a Washington State Department of Ecology Local Solid Waste Financial Assistance grant to encourage woody yard debris diversion from the Ephrata Landfill. Funds shall not exceed $4,000.00 and the term is April 1, 2022 —June 30, 2023. SHERIFF'S OFFICE , 17. 2022-2024 Law Enforcement Services Agreement with Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. for the Sheriff's Office to provide law enforcement services at the Gorge Amphitheater and Gorge Campground. Term is January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024. ---18. Washington State Department of Ecology Agreement No. SPPREG-2123-GrCoSO-00042 for spill prevention, preparedness, and response equipment. Term is July 1, 2021—June 30, 2023 in the amount of $248.,500.00. 19.
