CLOSING OF AN EXISTING COUNTY

WHEREAS, the closure of Cares Act Fund #102 may be accomplished without a '

hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the following fund is
here by closed: Cares Act Fund #102 and the Grant County Auditor and Grant County
Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect the closure of said fund in their respective office
records.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any remainingpositive balance in said f

transferred to the Secretary of State Fiscal Department.
