3:10 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the Planning
Commission's recommendation for the Cary and Corey Cerna Minor Rezone application (P 22-0026)
relating to a minor zone change of a single parcel from Rural Village Commercial to Rural Village
Residential 1. The proposal site is at 190 SW Davidson PI, Mattawa, WA 99349. Also known as Lot 207
Desert Aire No. 9 Phase 5 and 6. (Parcel #02-1688-500).
Helen Stanton discussed the application.
A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by
Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Jones to approve the Minor Zone Change with 10
Findings of Fact as presented. The motion passed unanimously.
