Ballot Drop Box Property Use Agreement- City of Electric for the use of a portion of the City of Electric City's property on Parcel No. 010076000 for the location and maintenance of a ballot drop box in order to facilitate and encourage electoral participation by local residents. Agreement amending the Washington State Department of Commerce Community Services &Housing Division Emergency Solutions Grant-Covid-19 (ESG-CV) No. 20- 4613C-100 subrecipient agreement between Grant County and Housing Authority of Grant County signed the 29t" day of September, 2020. Amendment decreases the maximum total payable amount by the County to the subrecipient by $248'.065.46. 7. Request for extension on the Strategic Infrastructure Program No. 2020-06 for the Port of Quincy Intermodal Yard Container Expansion- Phase 2. The waiving of the notice requirement must be approved. New extension date would be June 1, 2022. 8. Consulting Services Agreement Regarding Housing/Homeless Programs Guidance with Sandra Van Osten. Term of agreement is upon signature until terminated by either party with 10 days' notice. 9. Ordinance Amending Chapter 2.04 of the Grant County Code titled "Board of County Commissioners". 10. Reimbursement request from Opportunities Industrialization Center on the Department of Commerce CDBG Grant No. 21-62210-005 in the amount of $16,314.21 for March 2022 expenses. 11. Reimbursement request from Opportunities Industrialization Center on the Department of Commerce CDBG Grant No. 21-62210-005 in the amount of$16,781.51for January 2022 expenses. 13. Request from the Ephrata Chamber to use County Property. If approved, a contract will be signed: 2022 Agreement Regarding Use of County Property for Public Purpose between Grant County and Ephrata Chamber for their annual Sage N Sun event being held June 10-11, 2022. 14. Reimbursement request from the Housing Authority of Grant County on the Department of Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program (E -RAP 2.0) Grant No. 21- 4619C-108 in the amount of $687,067.58. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES 15. Agreement No. SEASMP-2123GrCoDS-00162 Shorelands Shoreline Master Program Agreement with the Washington State Department of Ecology in the amount of $117,,600.00 to form a shoreline coalition of jurisdiction within Grant County and conduct period reviews of the Shoreline Master Program. Request to the County Road Department for the reimbursable work between Grant County and the Town of Hartline. Grant County Road Department to crack seal the streets. Cost of work to be done is a maximum of $58,000.00 and must be completed by September 2022. 17. Request to purchase a Phantom 4 Pro V2 Drone in the amount of $21500.00 and annual software cost of $3,000.00 for a total of $5,500.00. Also a policy approval request for Unmanned Arial Systems (Drone) Policy (PW #22-01). PPKIPXni 18. Out of state travel request for Renew Coalition Members (Non-employee), Crystal Espinoza, Katelyn Nungaray, Karla Nunez, Enrique Hernandez, Gerardo Guzman, and Adriana Luna -Reyna to attend the Community Anti -Drug Coalition of America (CADCA) Mid -Year Institute in Orlando, FI. July 17-22, 2022. Cost of travel is $3,250.50 per traveler for a total cost of $19,503.00. 19. Out of state travel request for Megan Watson and Ashley Avalos to attend the Community Anti -Drug Coalition of America (CADCA) Mid -Year Institute in Orlando, Fl. July 17-22, 2022. Cost of travel is $3,250.50 per traveler for a total cost of $6,501.00. SHERIFFS OFFICE rv�_, 20. (Held from the 5/10/2022 Consent Agenda) Services contract with Dennis Fountain, for Leadership and Personal Growth Consultation for the Grant County Sheriff's Office. Fountain will provide one on one meetings with all Sheriff's Office staff for officer wellness and provide feedback to the leadership team to introduce programs to assist employees. 21. Out of state travel request for Cari Craghead to attend training in Las Vegas, NV October 21-271 2022 for the National Conference on Correctional Healthcare. Travel cost is $2,980.00. 22. Out of state travel request for John Wallace to escort inmate from TX to WA for the Nickels trial. Estimated travel to take place June 10-24, 2022. Cost of travel is $1,700.00 and will be paid for from funding source 9086. 23. Out of state travel request for Kim Cook to escort inmate from TX to WA for the Nickels trial.
