Overview
The Six Year Transportation Improvement Plan (STIP)
includes the Resurfacing of Road 9 -NW from SR283 to
Dodson Road (Attachment A)° The work includes the
resurfacing and widening of 4.22 miles of two-lane
County Road with associated excavation, embankment,
culvert crossings, road base, crushed top course, and a
BST road surface.

Much of the planned funding for this project
($1,892,400) comes from the Rural Arterial Trust
Account (RATA) through a future agreement after
the designation as a County Road Project (CRP) by
Resolution (Attachment B). The remainder of the planned funding for this project is to be provided by
local County Public Works funding ($210,600).
